A small charm for the kitchen
Witchy wisdom, served warm
A simple rosemary flatbread for the days when your hearth needs a little extra comfort.
Unfold today's kitchen wisdom
A handful of rosemary, a little warmth, and no complicated incantations.
From the hearth
Rosemary hearth flatbread
You will need: 2 cups flour, ¾ cup warm water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, and a pinch of salt.
Stir the flour, rosemary, and salt together; add the water and oil, then knead until a soft dough forms.
Rest the dough for 15 minutes, divide it into small rounds, and roll them thin.
Cook each round in a lightly oiled hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden in spots.
Serve warm, with soup or a generous pat of butter. Keep an eye on the pan; familiars are notoriously poor timers.
Check ingredient labels for allergens, and take care around a hot pan.
